Every seventh member of the Benzinger staff is a trainee or apprentice. This emphasises how important it is for our company to promote the trainees from our own ranks. The quality and hence the future of our comany depends on the knowledge and ability of our staff. Two trainers and modern technical facilities is a matter of course for us.
