In the GORing R2, rings are turned completely from the blank in each case. An automatic loading and unloading device coupled with a high number of insertable turning tools, a rotary table (B axis), milling spindles, and many other equipment details make the GORing R2 lathe a highly productive and flexible turning center for rings.

The GORing R3 lathe produces rings not from blanks but from bars or tubes. This CNC lathe meets the highest requirements in terms of surface finishing and a high degree of automation. The GORing R3 CNC turning machine can also be combined with a VDI-25 turret for driven tools.
In conjunction with an optional Y-axis, the setup effort for the diamond tools can be significantly reduced, as the center height of the tools can be adjusted very easily via the NC axis.
Via specially developed, parameterized CNC programs paired with special user interfaces, these lathes can be programmed and operated very easily and intuitively.
