mySaw - Ring sawing machine

Ring sawing machine for the fully automatic, order-related sawing process of ring blanks in various dimensions.

Equipped with a loading magazine which can either has space for 36 or 54 tubes of different precious metal alloys with different dimensions for the order-related sawing process.

The order data for mySaw machine is provided either automatically by an ERP system or also by a direct connection to a customer-supplied ring configurator. Manual data entry is of course also possible.

The integrated ring widening device enables rings to be automatically widened by several ring sizes (depending on the material) after the blanks have been sawn off the tube.

The widened rings can be unloaded onto bars, which can be inserted directly into the well-known Benzinger GORing or DOLittle-TKR lathes.
