Retrofit - Reconditioning and modernisation for your Benzinger machines

A characteristic of Benzinger machines is their durability so that reconditioning can be very interesting for you as customer. Components are reconditioned or replaced and thus retrofit brings you used machine back into a process-safe state.

 

Retrofit refers to all machine series from the year of manufacture 1990.

  • Machine completely disassembled
  • Paintings carried out
  • New ball guides mounted on X-and Z-axis 
  • Ball screw spindles on X- and Z-axis reinstalled
  • New glass scale and cable installed
  • Cables and hoses newly drawn in
  • Lubrication lines and lubriction nipples replaced
  • Turret reconditioned


  • Direct drive motors exchanged 
  • Main spindle re-positioned
  • New clamping cylinder installed
  • All drive belts replaced 
  • New submerge pump inserted
  • Machine control panel renewed
  • Extinguishing system installed due to a changeover in production
  • New ball bushing mounted on the unloading device
