Service is exclusively carried out by our own staff directly from company Benzinger! Our team of specialists consists of service technicians and applications engineers as well as employees of the assembly and electrical department and is coordinated by our service managers for the jewellery and industrial sector.
In 60 - 65 % of the cases "first aid" can already take place by phone or by teleservice. In case of emergency you can reach our service hotline immediately and without waiting times.
